I had to settle parting with my beloved "Oblivion Fragrance".Īnd many users had a hissy-fit since Enhanced Camera no longer works with OR 7+.

#OBLIVION RELOADED RENDER BOOST MODS#

Keep many older mods that aren't currently maintained could be in trouble forever with OR 7+'s new shadow-system overhaul. I do remember "QQuix - Rock rock rock your ship" needed TES4Edit cleaning. I ditched Better cities way back when because of how much it tanked my fps (but that back in the day with my old i7 950). (again, I still do also have flickering straw on roof though)

#OBLIVION RELOADED RENDER BOOST PATCH#

Perhaps some of your issues is because GBRPluss's patch doesn't fix *everything* and that causes some of your troubles? So I didn't need GBRPluss's "OR7-7.1 fixes for AMD GPU".īut I just checked the posts on that mod-page (and.saw your plenty questions ).īut other users there mention "almost all issue's solved" with that patch. I also have her "Improved Vanilla Hairs" installed. Strangely I don't seem to have flickering problems with "Lore-Friendly Replacer for Default Hair for OCO v2".

Those textures look great in general, but I also have flickering straw roofs at night with those.Īs far as I can remember this wasn't the case with OR 6.5?

#OBLIVION RELOADED RENDER BOOST UPDATE#

Pretty sure the straw roofs you mention are from "OA_HD Overhaul" (currently hidden, suspect because of long awaited update coming up). Perhaps you could also try the TesReloaded Discord, surely would know? I have no knowledge of the specifics for that "ExtraShaders" folder. Only fix for it is deleting the shaders previously mentioned for sorry I thought you meant the costum shaders (since you mentioned compile). Removing the previouslly listed shaders removes the issue, but I think it also makes shadows on those things not work the same.Įdit: Tested both hair replacers in Bevilex's list and both have the same flicker/ brightening issue. Not all plants do this, so it may not be a texture but the shadow system.

#OBLIVION RELOADED RENDER BOOST MOD#

Still looking into the plants that flicker at night to see what mod brought those in. This is with OR 7.1 and the AMD Fix shaders set, which also has issue with the meshes in AWLS. J17 OCO hair edition seem to flicker along with OCOv2 hair sets, and straw roofs (not sure what mod added the new texture to straw roofs, I'll check later) IFVM makes pumpkins and other veggies flicker. That won't touch EtraShaders folder, where some of the shaders are causing flickering at night. Hope that clarifies? daxxone wrote: Yeah, thats for the custom shaders folder. Only fix for it is deleting the shaders previously mentioned for hair. Since QQuix hasn't updated since 2011, there probably won't be a patch for BC.Įdit: Tested both hair replacers in Bevilex's list and both have the same flicker/ brightening issue.

I haven't found any patch for QQuix, so these two mods don't fully work together. This is probably from the moving of the different ships in BC. Console will show what the errors are, and the side effect is shadows in OR turn on and off until the script is done trying. Side Note not related to OR 7.1: Better Cities causes scripting errors in any city dock in the QQuix - Rock rock rock your ship - V3_03-2 mod. Removing the previouslly listed shaders removes the issue, but I think it also makes shadows on those things not work the same. Yeah, thats for the custom shaders folder. That *should* be the proper explains here: Open "*\Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins\ "OblivionReloaded.ini"ĬompileShaders=0 -> set to "1", and save changesĮxit game, change "CompileShaders=" back to "0". "*\Oblivion\Data\Shaders\OblivionReloaded\." So, my questions are, where are they cached to? What could I be missing if it doesn't run? Wiepman wrote: Thanks think it's good that have a separated OR 7.x+ discussion within your only method I know that the way you "compile" custom OR shaders like below: I have never gotten any messages on screen when setting the OR ini to do that. Daxxone wrote: This is great! Thank had just mentioned shader compiling.
